The owners just painted, purchased new furniture, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and a new washer and dryer in the hall closet. It offers a 55" flat screen smart TV in the living room. There’s high speed wireless internet for your enjoyment anywhere in the condo!

You will enjoy a roomy, updated condo that can accommodate 6 guests (945 sq. ft) with a king, two twin bunks, and queen sofa sleeper! There are 2 full baths to accommodate you comfortably as well! It has carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence once you are in town, and use the electronic KABA door lock so there are no keys to worry about during your stay!

Wake up, sip coffee on your private, beach front BALCONY! Be mesmerized by the rhythm of the waves as they lap against the sugar white sand of PCB! Take in the breathtaking views of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Enjoy looking for the dolphins from the new comfortable Adirondack style chairs with footrests and cupholders! During the day, it is fun to people watch from the 14th floor balcony! Your own slice of paradise is on your balcony as you marvel at the spectacular sunsets! The balcony will provide you with the PERFECT viewing spot of the holiday fireworks display set off on the pier!


Relax in the spacious LIVING ROOM with the comfortable sofa that also opens up as a queen sleeper, while still enjoying the ocean views through 120 inches of sliding glass door and almost floor to ceiling windowpanes! Enjoy your meals with plenty of seating at the counter height table, or at stools at the bar top!


Continue taking in the views of the ocean as you grab a snack, or prepare a meal in the beautiful, fully equipped, adjoining kitchen! It has granite counter tops with a stainless steel double sink and disposal, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker! All of this helps create the feel of home at the beach!


Your MASTER SUITE has a new king sized boxspring and mattress covered by a fully enclosed mattress protector! The headboard, nightstand, and dresser are a beachy cream color, with a 42” TV across from the bed! After your blissful day on the beach, enjoy a relaxing movie in your comfortable bed!

The BUNK AREA has comfortable beds with mattress protectors! Each bunk has it’s own 24”TV.

-Calypso is locate right across from Pier Park so you can get to this shopping and entertainment mecca without getting in your car! Please note you will be required to pay $60 per vehicle to register your car, one bedroom units are allowed one car and 2/3 bedrooms are allowed 2.

We loved staying here. It has an incredible beach view. It was clean and spacious as well. I have a couple suggestions to make it even better. I would update the two smaller tvs in the bunk areas for the kids. They need to be updated to be smart tvs which are affordable now. Then, the kids can have access to movies, tv shows rather than the outdated dvds which we didn't have with us. The last thing would be to provide a Keurig coffee maker for K cups. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The room was immaculate, spacious, and offered all the comforts I could have hoped for. From the cozy bed to the modern amenities, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The location was unbeatable, with just a short, scenic walk to Pier Park, where I enjoyed breathtaking views and plenty of activities. The convenience of being so close to everything while still having a peaceful retreat to return to made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure

Very good things to say about this condo!! Very easy to book and communication was excellent if anything was unclear. Very clean condo and super close to pier park and other things to do. Great views was quiet we only heard people upstairs a few times. Condo had everything we needed for cooking and amenities such as beach access, pool, fitness. Easy parking. Lots of space. Felt like home.
Only issue was little fruit flies like which were in garbage disposal we ran it and never saw them again.

Great location with covered parking. Heated pool was actually heated and comfortable. Had a noise and performance issue with the A/C system, called and a repairman was there in about 3 hours and the problem fixed. Furniture and bed was very comfortable.

We had a great week and the condo was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the sliding glass door going to the balcony wasn’t working properly and was very hard to open and close but we made do. The only other complaints I have isn’t with the condo but the fact the beach chair rental people let people with tents and other umbrellas set up in front of the chairs when there are signs saying you aren’t supposed to. They block the view. Also the one parking spot in the parking garage for a condo that sleeps 6 isn’t enough. There was plenty of empty spots. If we decide to go back to PCB we would definitely rent this condo again.

We had a great experience at Calypso 1407E. The condo is equipped with everything we could have needed. The views were spectacular. What an adorable condo, the owners have created a quaint updated environment. We had one small issue on our first day. The elevator on the east tower went down, but the maintenance crew worked hard and had it running in no time. The location is perfect and within walking distance to pier park.
