Pier Park is across the street from our complex, and has all the amenities you will ever need – shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Just leave your vehicle in the covered parking! It is only 14 miles from the new Beaches Airport, has two huge seasonally heated swimming pools, exercise room, beach volley ball, tiki-hut bar, access to a seasonal beach vendor that offers banana boat rides, jet skis, parasailing, paddle boats, and the list goes on. Nearby golf courses, charter boat marinas, water slides, and numerous attractions, will keep the whole family entertained.**Maximum of 2 parking passes per unit**

Our unit sleeps 8 people comfortably – King bed in Master bedroom, King bed in Guest bedroom, Queen bed in third bedroom, and Queen sleeper sofa in living room.

The ensuite bathroom has a new comfort height toilet and upscale resort features including a shiplap accent wall, double sinks with marble top, wall mounted hair dryer, and magnified lighted makeup mirror. The custom walk in shower has frameless glass, marble accents, one regular shower head, in addition to a handheld shower head, built in bench, and two shampoo niches

- Guest Bedroom with King size bed with new plush pillow top mattress, ceiling fan, board and batten accent wall, flat screen TV, full length driftwood mirror, benches, double closet with custom built-ins (with three jewelry drawers), and plenty of hangers and hooks. This bedroom has attached access to main bath with new comfort height toilet, beadboard wainscoting, double sinks with marble top, tiled bathtub/shower combination with grab bar, two marble shampoo niches and curved shower rod. This bathroom also has a wall mounted hairdryer and a magnified lighted makeup mirror

- Third bedroom with nautical decor has a Queen bed with new plush mattress and large drawers underneath for storage, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, large cabinet for storage, full length mirror, and door hooks for hanging
- No smoking, including vapor products in the unit or on the balcony

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
