Beach Colony has become our new favorite vacation getaway! Each condo we've stayed in is beautiful and has a perfect view of the beach! This year we got to experience the fireworks off the pier for Fourth of July and it was breathtaking!! Overall, Navarre is our favorite beach and we look forward to coming every year!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The condo is even more beautiful in person. All in all the condo itself is magnificent!
Navarre Properties is always the way to go because of the ease of reserving and checking in. They were amazing and they were able to get us in a day early.

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. We have stayed in many condos and this is by far the nicest one yet. Plenty of seating inside the condo and on the balcony was amazing.
Very nice condo. Well equipped and great view. Balcony was best furnished one we have had.
Friendly service and informative on directions for check in and check out.

Loved our stay and miss Navarre already :)
A TV was not operable in the master bedroom. Navarre Properties promptly had someone come out to install a new TV. The maintenance person was super friendly.

Prior to that- I have worked with numerous Navarre Properties team members as I book through them every year then call in multiple times to either make payments or ask questions. The Customer Service I receive is unbelievable. Every time. Love Navarre Properties and will always continue to use them.

WOW !!! This condo is by far the best one I have stayed in at Navarre and I have been coming to Navarre for over 10 years. The Beach Colony resort is definitely a very nice and well maintained facility. The condo was very well-equipped, beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner has definitely thought everything out to even the smallest of details. The view from the balcony was gorgeous because not only did you have a view of the ocean, but the bay too. We will definitely be back and only staying at this condo!!
