Beach Colony East PH 17C – Soak Up The Sun

This is our 2nd year staying in the same condo at Beach Colony East and have been happy both years now. The customer service from Best Beach Getaways was excellent with great communication throughout the booking and pre-arrival. I did not need their service this year during our stay so cannot speak to that. I am not sure if the whole company that manages these properties has changed since last year or just the name but in my opinion the customer service was a bit better this year than last. The condo itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had a few updates since last year with the new sectional replacing the older leather couch being the most noticeable. This gives extra seating in the living room area and an overall better look to the whole room. We had 4 adults and 2 kids staying and there was more than enough room for everyone no matter what room we were in at the time.

The only real cons I can come up with are minor. First being last year there was a small nightstand with 2 drawers in the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, this year that was gone and other than hanging stuff in the closet there was nowhere to put the kids' clothes. The closet in that room is pretty full with a cooler, storage totes, covers, and other things as well.
This one could be considered petty, specially since people are there on vacation. However the bedroom TVs are very small and sit low which make awkward viewing angles. There was no TV in the 2nd bedroom this year. I do not base my condo choices on the TVs but is something in my opinion worth noting for those that consider it to be more .
Finally, the master bedroom's bed....I am not sure what exactly changed since last year but the frame itself is bigger than the mattress that is on it. This leaves the corners of the frame sticking out several inches past the mattress and my wife and I both hit our shins on it several times. Learn quickly and take wide turns around the corners of the bed.

Overall it is a great property with great management and the minor cons I mentioned do not take away from my overall rating.

Our stay in Navarre was wonderful. The condo was clean and ready for us on time. We had all we needed! Many thanks for an excellent beach front vacation.

We've stayed at Navarre Properties several times and have always had a memorable experience. The rooms and the views are always incredible and affordable. It's becoming our home away from home.

Navarre Properties provided a great experience for our family during our Spring Break vacation. We highly recommend!
Not much to say really - ALL necessary communication was via email. We received everything we needed in the weeks and days leading up to the vacation via email - and we received our check-in information via email a few hours before our scheduled check-in. It was 100% contactless - but we could go visit Navarre staff at their reception if we wanted to. We did call on the phone a couple of different times with questions and they always answered right away and were very helpful.

Good everything needed for our stay , loved everything about the condo and our place was comfortable.

Amazing stay. Navarre has quickly become my family's favorite places. We love the beach and the family oriented environment, private beach, and safety we enjoy when we visit.
Friendly and very accommodating. One of our travelers was sick will traveling and despite the unit not being available until 5, they fast tracked the cleaning and permitted us to enter early to make the sick guest more comfortable.
