Beach Colony East 6D – Shore Enuff

Wow! I cannot say enough positive things about this place. We've stayed at many condos along the Florida gulf coast and this one is THE ONLY ONE that we felt we could make a home. Each spacious bedroom had it's own bath and the patio/porch was so large that it should be classified as a separate room! The condo was neatly decorated with high-end fixtures and furniture. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Spotless from top to bottom. My wife says I have a Type A personality and I also overanalyze everything. Not that I was looking, but I could not find a single way to improve this condo. It's location on the sixth floor was perfect as you still have the "feel" of being on the beach (able to hear the waves and birds), but yet high enough to have spactacular views! The balcony gives views of the Gulf of America (yessir!) and the pool, versus other condos with a view of a neighboring condo unit! Oh, btw, each bedroom has it's own balcony! Which gives you additional views of the bay, so each bedroom has a view of the water! The elevators were fast and clean. The BBQ grills are cleaned daily. One other thing, the walkway to the beach HAS NO STAIRS! One solid ramp. So no hoisting a wagon up and down stair steps. Both neighboring units do have stairs on their walkways. The pool was extremely large and clean with plenty of seating around. It's located very close to the bridge connecting the bay. And also very close to the pier. Again, I cannot see anyway to improve on it's location or the care the owner's have taken to make sure it meets the highest standards. I would 100% stay here again!

From the moment we entered the condo, we knew we had made the right choice for getting away from responsibility for a week. The condo is clean, beautifully appointed, and has an AMAZING view from the balcony. The Navarre area is just what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We didn't want to leave and will be back!

The condo was just fine, we noticed that there was a lack of sunshine on the balcony. Navarre Beach is a wonderful setting and the condos in Beach Colony East are the best!

We had a blast in Navarre! We love this Florida weather & pretty resort. This our 2nd time here and we love it.

This is our 5th time here and we love it. The beach is beautiful with not many people and the room is comfy and you can just feel the beach vibe. I highly recommend the Gulf Breeze Zoo, the other attractions and the condo especially!!!

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed the condo! It was clean and well stocked. The layout was perfect for 2 couples and 1 child as everyone had privacy and their own bathroom. The only complaint was that the WiFi and TV didn't work consistently.

We enjoyed our visit and the view from the balcony was great! The condo was spacious and the amenities were very nice. Will plan my next visit in November with you.

The condo is comfortable and has everything you need, including stunning views from every room. Check in was easy and you are only a couple minutes from being on the beach. Everything was clean and we had a great vacation. My kids also loved the pool.
Highly recommend.

Everything was nice. But the elevator that was working was slow. I wish they had an outdoor bathroom near pool.
But we love Navarre and had a great time.

Excellent furniture, very clean, comfortable beds, nice bedding, sufficiently stocked kitchen, empty and unlocked pantry to store food, all appliances worked (except the wine cooler which had a note on it that said it was being repaired- so no biggie).

Very clean modern condo in a perfect location

This condo was so wonderful! It was decorated tastefully, the furniture was new and the beds were very comfortable. I felt like it was "home" the minute I walked in. The terrace was great to sit and relax, read or just enjoy the ocean. On the beach, chairs were provided with the condo. The staff would place our chairs in the morning and put them up in the evening--no dragging stuff out on the beach--it's all taken care of by the friendly staff! There was also a great, secure exercise room. The whole complex was secure with automatic gates and a covered parking garage. I cannot give this condo enough compliments. It was one of the nicest places I have rented.
It was so easy to relax and enjoy my stay here. I couldn't have asked for anything else--this condo met and exceeded all of my expectations! I definitely want to return for another stay.

Beach Colony East 6D was fantastic. From this condo you get the perfect view of the beach and the ocean. it is also a great location to see your family members down at the pool. The spacious condo makes it just perfect for your family or your friends to gather for a great reunion at the beach.
