Beach Colony East 1B – Rest-A-Shore

We had an amazing 4 night stay. Condo was very well equipped and furnished. We wanted for nothing and was able to enjoy all of our time. Hope to come back next year!

Great condo!! Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. Great location, easy to get to. We had a great time.

The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Being on the first floor was convenient and the beach view was nice. Having beach chair service was great, and the huge pool was my husband’s favorite thing. We had great weather all week and enjoyed trips to Miramar and Pensacola for shopping.

We love Rest-a-Shore. It is a very spacious unit. Always very clean and has everything we need. We have stayed in this condo 6 times, 2 times this summer. It is on the 1st floor which makes it very convenient and the included chair and umbrella on the beach are great.

Very nice East Beach Colony 1B, 2 bedroom , would have asked for Keuerig coffee machine for morning coffee, also I couldnt find a kitchen sink dishwashing sponge anywhere.. There were 3 tabs for dishwashing machine. The beds comfortable, the unit very clean and well decorated. So lovely to listen to waves and beach sounds. No one really checked our yellow pool wristbands and there needs to be a larger pool, or several pools because it becomes very crowded quickly. I dont know if that is possible. The wonderful staff called and said we left a sweatshirt in dryer by accident. And they are arrangong to send it to us. We will be back. Very good seafood everywhere., absolutely loved Black Skimmer Cove because least crowded and waves not as strong. Overall great experience. Thank you.

The property we stayed In was perfect! Clean and right on the beach. It was roomy for our family of 5 that came to stay. Balcony was our favorite spot to sit first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Nice breeze and sounds of the gulf. Can't wait to come back next year.

We have vacationed in Navarre for over 20 years. We have dealt with many rental companies and Navarre Listings is the best as far as staff and knowledge of their properties!

The property was nice and well maintained. The rental process was smooth!

The accommodations were clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, newly painted, spacious bedrooms. Great view of the sunrise from the balcony.
The Navarre property team is friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and fun! They get you excited about your stay and send helpful emails so you know exactly what to expect as you prepare for your trip and travel. They were the best team I have worked with for travel to Florida. I would definitely use them again.

If it weren't for the noise and failure of Beach Colonies to inform Navarre Properties of the work being done on their buildings, I would say everything was perfect. The condo was very nice, and I really enjoyed being on the ground floor so we didn't have to mess with the elevators at all. My husband and I actually chose a condo much larger than we needed just so we could have balcony access in the master bedroom, and we would 100% do it again.
The team members are so friendly and personable. They take immediate action to get things taken care of and correct any issues you run into. Plus the condos are so well maintained and clean. We'll never book our rentals in Navarre through anyone else!

There were a few maintenance issues at the unit we stayed in, but everything was remedied IMMEDIATELY. The maintenance crew went above and beyond.

One of the best vacations ever! Just what we needed. So private, yet anything you need is right across the bridge. Pristine beaches and emerald water- we have traveled quite a lot, Navarre Beach is one of the most beautiful we've seen. Did not want to leave. Will definitely return.

The property was immaculate upon arrival. It had all the necessities we needed to prepare meals and even had a few beach items available to use like chairs, inflatables, crab hunting nets and buckets, and castle building supplies. The complimentary beach chair service was a very nice bonus.
The Navarre Properties team was great to work with. I will definitely search their site when looking for a rental for my next beach vacation.
