This spacious three-story home offers accommodations for fourteen located just a short stroll from the beach. And, it’s perfectly situated so that you can explore the many boutiques and one of a kind dining experiences in Destin. After hours of fun exploring Destin or playing on the beach, you’ll be able to enjoy a dip in the private pool. Pool and hot tub can be heated for an extra charge. Room to park 3 cars.

Inside and out. Outdoors is an oasis of vacation comforts from the private pool surrounded by loungers to the outdoor gas grill.

Step inside and you’ll find a large living area with a 32” flat screen and a sofa sleeper. There is also a den with a second sleeper sofa at a 60" TV, perfect for the whole family. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped.

Up stairs you’ll find a large bedroom with a King bed, 32” flat screen TV and private bath.

The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and a 32" TV. The 3rd bedroom also has King bed and a 32" TV. The 4th bedroom sleeps up to 4 with 4 twin beds and a full size bed and a 42" TV, perfect for the kids. There are 3 other full bathrooms.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
