And from this wonderful spot you’ll enjoy views of the Gulf. The that’s just a start. 30A living is really special. Get bikes while you’re here so that you can fit right into the biking lifestyle here. And make sure you take time like we do to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening. Or just sit on the front porch and watch the world go by – on their bikes. Parking for 2 cars only, additional vehicles are not allowed.

Very nice home, comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Complete kitchen. They provided a safety gate which was a nice detail if you are traveling with little children. We had some rainy days, unfortunately the cable and internet service were unreliable. Unable to stream netflix etc even after resetting the modem and troubleshooting ourselves. If you plan to do some work during your stay, you are probably not gonna be unable to, unless you rely on your own phone service to hot spot. Sent email to Best Beach Getaways informing them, but nobody contacted us during our stay. The house has three beach chairs and two sun umbrellas for guests use. No beach towels. This is important information before you leave home for your stay. I asked twice by mail through VRBO mailbox about this, and had no reply from them either. Another important detail before you rent in Rosemary Beach is the stairs you have to climb up and down to get to the beach. Four flights of steep stairs, not acessible. The house stairs are also steep and since the kitchen is upstairs, for an older couple it might be challenging, not an issue for younger travelers or families with teens etc. The beach itself is beautiful and the public beach entrance is right across the street which is very convenient, no need for a golf cart like in other rentals. Nice small pool, very well maintained for a swim after the beach

Loved it. Nice, very clean, well kept two story with plenty of room for 5 of us. Conveniently located; not far from anything but not right in the middle of the most crowded areas. Short walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool at night.
