The Living Area has a Sleeper Sofa , TV and Private Balcony Entrance. The Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed TV and a Private Balcony Entrance. Mike and The team at Best Beach Getaways came to our rescue when there was an electrical issue with the original unit we rented. They swiftly moved us here to Sunrise 1701 and we LOVED it! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, even beach gear. We will definitely return to 1701!

Thank you so much for hosting us this yr. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 8. We have stayed at Aqua for at least 7 yrs and have never been disappointed. If you need space you’ll definitely love this condo. The 3 balconies give 3 different views and well as privacy and space. We will definitely be back

Extremely clean and up to date, some rooms include beach chairs and plenty of rental if not.
Great food nearby look out the window to check the waiting time at some of the best seafood in PCB, don't drive around looking for food only to find long lines.

We loved Aqua 1701! Beach service was great!! The condo was very nice & had plenty of room (plus some) for our family of 6! We loved having 3 bathrooms! We loved everything about Aqua & our condo! We had a great experience with best beach getaways & will definitely be booking with them again!
