Come relax in this 2/2 condo completely outfitted in a coastal chic décor. This ground floor property is in a gated condo development across Scenic Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach. Walk across to the beach, approximately 300 steps to the beach access and 120 steps to the community pool. Unit allows for one vehicle for parking, parking is assigned as E104 right outside the door.

The condo was beautiful and had ample room. We really enjoyed everything about it, especially the little back porch for morning coffee. All the amenities of home were available in the condo. It looks just like the pictures on VRBO. There was an issue with the inability to get into the condo upon arrival. The code that was provided did not work. The young man at the gate was of no help at all. As Hurricane Ida evacuees from Louisiana, we drove from Houston where we were staying to Miramar Beach and were ready to relax for Labor Day weekend. After about an hour of calling numbers, they re-set the lock remotely. You are only allowed one vehicle so make sure to make a plan if you have a 2nd vehicle.
