111 The Shores is one of my favorite places I have stayed and I have been coming to PCB for over 20 years! It is literally steps from the water. The deck was amazing and having a grill right there was great! The house was very clean and the set up is great! It was a very peaceful and quiet area. Just right around the corner is an Aldi, Publix, pharmacy, gas station and Winn Dixie. Also, we were allowed early check in which is amazing when you’re tired from a long drive! The last 2 years I have rented from Best Beach Getaways we have gotten to check in early…I will definitely rent from them again! Loved our vacation!!

This was our first stay at this unit and I hope we get a chance to return soon. I grew up coming to the area and knew I wanted a quieter beach, access to 30A and PCB, and I needed a lot of room for my large family. This townhouse was perfect. It was immaculately clean and updated, the beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, the a/c ran just fine while we were there, and the pool was nice and clean. The absolute best part was the view and the beach just a few steps away. I also really appreciated the private parking and townhome access, the ability to rinse the sand off at the townhome, and the two patios. We had a lot of double red flags during our stay, so we spent more time than usual inside, but I wasn’t even upset because it was so nice and the views were perfect. Thank you for the great stay and unforgettable memories.

Great location, no chair vendors blocking the beach, no high rises, townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. It was just what we wanted. There was some construction and an issue with our air but it was taken care of. Hope to return.

Our unit at The Shores was perfect for our family. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The location to the pool and the beach was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. We’ve stayed at this facility the last 3 years (different units) and the parking is not the best but going in August it was less crowded so it made it a little easier.

Loved the location. Unit was great. My family had a fantastic time and wish we could have stayed longer. Some small things I would recommend …
1. TVs that are in HD
2. Have a few extra trash bags and few pods of laundry detergent for when new guests arrive.
3. New set of knives
4. Carpet was a bit weathered.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, 5 nights. It was during the storm Ida, but that did not stop us from relaxing. Loved walking out the door and feeling the sand between my toes. It was cleaned to perfection and we tried to leave it that way. Felt peaceful & safe. We plan to return. Thank You!

We received notification that the townhouse was ready over 3 hours EARLY! That really helped out since we were in the area. The townhouse was extremely clean. We’ve stayed in a lot of places, this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. The townhouse had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Extra beach chairs, floats, toys, NICE cookware, blender etc. We didn’t need to bring half the stuff we did. The owners thought of everything anyone would need. They had us covered for some things we forgot or didn’t think of. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, well equipped and spacious. The beach wasn’t littered and not crowded at all..surprisingly since it was the end of May! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The only complaint I would have is not knowing were the garbage was supposed to go. We couldn’t find any instructions to let us know and couldn’t get ahold of the townhouse office or the booking company. We made a judgment call and walked it down to the townhouse dumpster. That being the ONLY issue we had, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for an enjoyable vacation!!

We had an awesome stay. We enjoyed just hanging out on the balconies and watching the ocean and sunsets. If it rained or was too hot we would hang out upstairs under the covered balcony. Just a few steps to the uncrowded beach. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids and it was nice to have the garage to keep our bikes in.
