If you know anything about Destin, you know that Tops’l an huge resort property with everything, I mean everything, you could want in a vacation destination including a world class tennis resort right on the property.  That’s right. World Class.  In fact it’s rated one fo the top resorts for tennis in the world by Tennis Magazine.  That means the folks who know more about tennis than Sonny Mann does liek this place.
There are three great condos on the property and townhomes too!  Let me tell you about Beach Manor one of the buildings which is located right on the beach.  8 of our condos are 2 bedroom and sleep anywhere between 4 and 8.  One of our units is a huge 5 bedroom that’ll sleep 11!  It’s the largest condo in Tops’l so if you’ve got a big party comin’ down, and want to stay in Tops’l make sure you take a look at this one.
Back to Tops’l.  Let me give you a little scoop on dining.  There’s the Ocean Club Restaurant right at the entrance to Tops’l.  It’s a convenient place for high-quality evening dining, complete with a live band for entertainment. If you’re looking for lunch, Blue Dunes Grill next to the pool on the beach. And there is also a small outdoor Tiki Bar poolside.
Plus there’s a fitness center, tennis pro shop, kids programs during the summer season.  Everything that you need to enjoy a great vacation.  C’mon down to Tops’l and stay with Sonny.  You’ll have a great time here!

Last night I’m sitting in Margaritaville and it’s packed.  It’s winter! And it’s packed!  Why? Cause we got a lot goin’ on down here in the winter.  Pier Park’s hoppin’. The beach is great, even though the water’s chilly.  Sun’s warm. Now you can’t get a tan, but you can enjoy the beach.  In fact, I’m walking today and there’s a group playing beach volleyball and havin’ a blast.
One more thing.  We’ve got unbelievable rates right now.  59 BUCKS A NITE!!! Can you believe it.  You can’t stay home for that kind of money.  Why are we doing that?  We want more folks to come down and see how much fun WINTER AT THE BEACH can be.  It’s hot!

At the Tides at TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Club.  TOPS’L’s been around for a while and people tend to forget what a gem this place is.  Just the spot for tennis, great beach, all kinds of stuff on the property. Amazing views.  Man, what views! Every unit’s got a balcony with full spectacular direct coastline views. Sunsets to die for. Tops’l Tides is a fave in Destin.  There’s a fantastic sparkling Gulf front pool, hot tub, and fitness center. On the Sonny Mann rating system, this place is off the charts.  And, it’s close to Starbucks if you need your Vente Latte.

Last night I had a great time strollin’ around at Baytowne Wharf.  The shops are all open, lots of ‘em.  But it’s not wall to wall people right now.  So, even though the weather’s like perfect (80’s, man, and I’m not talkin’ about the hairstyles), it’s easy to get around and enjoy yourself here.
I stopped for a little dinner at Poppies.  The outdoor restaurant has a water view so I got to watch sunset while enjoying my Caribbean style Mahi sandwich.  It was great! The service was quick and the Landsharks were really cold.  Now that’s livin’.
After dinner, I walked around and browsed the shops a little.  Wharfin’ is just a lot of fun.  And it’s all within walking distance of our great properties in Grand Sandestin.
So, if you’re not ready to give up summer, come on down.  It’s still here

There’s some new buzz around the beach.  And it isn’t about Sonny Mann’s new hairstyle.  It’s about Southwest Airlines.
